What we collect from subscribers, how we use it, who we share it with, and how property owners in our data can ask us to suppress their contact details.
1. What we collect
We collect the account details you give us: company name, email address, password (stored only as a hash) and anything you send us in support messages.
Billing identifiers are held by our payment processor. We keep a payment token, the last four digits of the card and the result of each transaction.
We keep usage logs, including which records you reveal and when, which documents you open, sign-in attempts, your IP address and basic browser data.
2. How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure the Service, to enforce plan limits and the Acceptable Use Policy, to send transactional email such as verification, password reset, renewal notices and daily digests, and to respond to legal requests.
We do not sell subscriber data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Payments
Card numbers never touch our servers. They are collected by our payment processor inside a secure frame hosted by that processor. We store only a token, the last four digits and the transaction result.
4. Sharing
We share what is necessary with our payment processor, our email delivery provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell subscriber data.
The affiliated buyer described in the Terms receives the same property data that subscribers see, at the same time. It never receives your account data, your searches or your reveals.
5. Property owners in our data
The property information in the Service is compiled from public records. If you are a property owner and you want your contact details removed, email [email protected] from any address or write to us, and we will suppress the record within 10 business days.
6. Cookies, pixels and tracking
When you first visit estate.partners we ask you to agree to these terms before the site loads. Until you click "I Agree & Continue" no analytics or tracking runs. Agreeing sets a cookie that remembers your choice for one year; clearing your cookies withdraws it and the site will ask again.
After you agree, a first-party pixel records each page you view, the time, the page you came from, any campaign parameters in the link, your browser type and a hash of your IP address that changes daily and cannot be reversed. We use it to count visitors and understand which pages and campaigns bring people here.
If you arrive from a link in an email we sent you, that link carries the email address it was sent to, and the pixel records that you visited, which pages you saw, and when. We keep that on a cookie for 30 days so return visits are recognized. We use it to follow up sensibly and to measure our outreach; we do not sell it.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and reports aggregate usage to Google under Google's privacy policy.
Pixel and analytics records are kept for 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. Consent records (the time you agreed, the version you agreed to, a hash of your IP address and your browser type) are kept as evidence of agreement.
7. Retention
We keep account data for the life of the account plus 3 years for tax and dispute records. Reveal logs are kept for 3 years so that we can answer complaints about how data was used.
8. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your account data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or tax reasons. Florida residents may contact us under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Database roles are least-privilege and the application reads source records through a read-only role. No system is perfect, so tell us right away if you think your account has been used by someone else.
