Acceptable Use Policy

How you may and may not contact property owners with data from the Service. You certify at signup that you have read this policy and will follow it.
1. Purpose
The Service provides public-record property information to real-estate professionals. This policy protects property owners, our subscribers and us. It applies to every account, every seat and every export.
2. Contacting owners
You will: scrub every phone number against the National Do Not Call Registry and the Florida Do Not Call list before calling; dial manually or with equipment that does not store or produce numbers using a random or sequential generator; never send prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, or texts sent by an automated platform, without the prior express written consent of the person called; honor every request to stop contacting someone within 24 hours; identify yourself and your company truthfully at the start of every call and in every text or letter; call only between 8 am and 8 pm local time.
3. Prohibited uses
You will not offer foreclosure rescue or loan modification services, and you will not promise to stop or delay a foreclosure.
You will not represent that you are affiliated with a court, a lender, a government agency or the attorney for the property owner, and you will not imply that your message is an official notice.
You will not harass anyone, and you will not contact a person you know to be represented by counsel about the matter that counsel handles.
You will not resell, publish, sublicense or bulk transfer the data, you will not scrape the Service, you will not share logins, and you will not build marketing lists for third parties.
4. Records and cooperation
Keep records of consent and of your Do Not Call checks for 4 years. If we receive a complaint about your outreach, provide those records to us within 5 business days of our request.
5. Enforcement
We investigate every complaint. We may suspend access during an investigation and terminate the account for a confirmed violation, without refund. We may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
6. Attestation
By checking the box at signup you certify, on behalf of yourself and your company, that you have read this policy and will comply with it, and you consent to us logging that certification with your IP address and the time.
