Data License

What you may do with the records you see and export, where the data comes from, and the uses that are out of bounds.
1. Grant
While your subscription is current we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data inside your own organization to identify and contact property owners for legitimate real-estate purchase, listing, lending or service offers. The license covers the seats on your plan and no one else.
2. Sources
The data is compiled from Florida public records, including county court dockets, official records, property appraiser rolls and other public registries, and matched by address. Contact details are shown only where a public record corroborates the owner at that address. Deceased owners are suppressed where we can detect it.
3. Restrictions
You will not resell, sublicense, publish or bulk transfer the data. Exports are for your own CRM use and must stay inside your organization.
You will not use the data to decide whether anyone is eligible for credit, insurance, employment or housing. Those uses are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Service is not a consumer reporting agency, and it does not support them.
4. Accuracy
We do not verify records with the owner. Public records lag, contain errors and are sometimes matched to the wrong person. You must confirm identity and ownership before any transaction.
5. Termination
The license ends when your subscription ends. Records you exported for a transaction that closed may be kept in your own files for that transaction. Everything else must be deleted on request.
