Pierre A. Louis is the owner and principal of Estate Partners Acquisitions LLC, Louis Law Group, PLLC, and Estate Partners LLC. These entities are related but serve different functions in the transaction process.
Nature of Business
Estate Partners Acquisitions LLC is a real estate investment company. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Estate Partners Acquisitions purchases assigned interests in inherited real property from qualifying heirs.
Legal Representation
Louis Law Group, PLLC represents Estate Partners Acquisitions LLC in transactions. Louis Law Group does not represent heirs or sellers. Heirs are encouraged to retain independent legal counsel at their own expense before entering into any agreement.
Offer Terms
All suggested offers displayed on this website are approximate, non-binding estimates based on self-reported information. Transaction Process
Upon acceptance of a formal offer, Estate Partners Acquisitions LLC will prepare transaction documents including an Assignment of Interest. The transaction is subject to a cooling-off period as required by applicable law. Closing is contingent upon satisfactory title review and completion of probate proceedings.
